One of the collaborative goals of the Southern Rugby Alliance and Southern Districts Rugby Club is to promote networking and business connectivity within the rugby community. The idea is that we support each other in business and provide opportunities to young rugby players within the community.
Some of the wider goals include:
- Apprenticeships for young rugby players
- Promoting rugby businesses within the rugby community
- Establishing commercial relationships
- Employing "like minded" rugby people
- Creating flexible working arrangements for our players
- Networking events to grow rugby businesses
- Supporting each other commercially and socially
If we can foster a strong business community with the rugby network, then we can create a more sustainable future for rugby in the southern regions of Sydney.
